As far as possible, all items and sizes listed are kept in stock, and will be processed within 5 working days from receipt of order, subject to availability. Orders should normally take no longer than 14 days from receipt of order to delivery.
Postage
All our prices include standard UK postage. If you'd like us to post outside the UK, please contact us for further information.
Payment
We use PayPal to collect your payment. You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay us for your order, you simply click on 'continue' under the 'Don't have a PayPal account?' heading on the left-hand side of your shopping basket page and continue from there with a credit/debit card payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by cheque or postal order.
Returns
Please contact us if you need to return an item for a refund or credit note and ensure you provide us with a contact telephone number. We will then be in touch shortly. Goods must be returned in new, unused condition and with any labels still attached.
The return of damaged goods will be refunded if returned within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Any returns after 7 days will be issued with a credit only. Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. If we believe an item to have been damaged through misuse or 'foul
play' in an attempt to obtain a refund, none shall be given. We cannot offer refunds for incorrect purchases, sorry.
